Summer Programming, 2021

The museum has been busy planning our summer 2021 programs.  Returning after a year off due to COVID, is Art Museum Mondays. While the start date for the program is up in the air, kids between the ages of 6 – 12 can register for this free program, held on Mondays from 10 – 11 a.m. where they can enjoy an art lesson and literary component. Spaces will be limited so look to our website and social media for more details and registration info.

Jim Gatchell’s Living History Day will occur on Saturday June 26 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. outside on the museum lawn. Enjoy free admission to the museum as well. Reenactors, specialists, and activities will happen, including gold panning, blacksmithing, kids’ crafts, Basque dancers and more.

Wine About History will also return on the 3rd Wednesdays in June, July, and August. This is a free lecture series occurring on the front lawn of the museum from 6 – 7 p.m. We already have our speakers for June and July. Bring your own beverage and chair to the museum.

Echoes of the Past Cemetery Tours are scheduled for August 11, 12, 13, 14 and August 18, 19, 20, 21. Tickets will become available in June.
