Wine About History is the Jim Gatchell Memorial Museum’s summer program mini-series. The third Wednesday of June, July, and August meet on the museum’s lawn with your folding chair and beverage of choice to listen to a local expert give a quick history of an area topic. There will be time for discussion and q&a also.

Speakers: Emily Reed, Associate Research Scientist, Wyoming Migration Initiative and Carrie Kyle, master’s student with the Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Research Unit in the Zoology and Physiology Department at the University of Wyoming.
Ms. Reed and Ms. Kyle will be discussing the historical knowledge of migration movements in Wyoming, emphasizing on indigenous knowledge and the new research efforts in the Big Horn Mountains on moose and mule deer.MORE EVENTS
